Don't
get letters or Checks on time.
 We
have received many questions concerning checks being received after the
study has been completed. For each study that you are assigned, you are sent
an email notification letting you know the study is currently available for
you to complete. That same day or the next business day, letters and checks
are sent out. Since it does at times take more than 2-3
days to get to you, it is important that you go ahead and answer the
survey after you receive the email notification. If you do not get the check
by the deadline date listed in email, then please let us know so we can
track down your check.
I
got an email about study assignment but that
Study is not listed
on pinecone website's study list?
When
we send an email notifying you that a study is ready for the server, there are
times when you do not see the study listed. There is usually
a simple solution to the problem. Go to the page where all the studies
are listed. Then hold down your control button and click refresh. What has
happened is the old page has been stored on your memory and will not update
until it is removed. The control/refresh will clear it out allowing you to see
the new study listed. If this does not work, please email us immediately and we
will see what else we can do to help.
