Can I disregard the reminder e-mail message if I’ve already completed the survey? 

Yes. Should you receive a reminder e-mail for a survey that you have already completed, you may disregard the request. Completed surveys from the day before or weekend are updated daily, Monday through Friday.

 

Is it okay to talk about my PineCone product evaluation experiences or products that I’ve received from PineCone in chat rooms?  

No. PineCone product evaluation experiences should always be kept confidential. Questions or comments about test products should be directed to Karen Scott unless stipulated otherwise in the accompanying product letter. 

 

I’m getting an "Error Processing Request" or "PIN" message when attempting to access my survey. What should I do? 

If you are receiving this message, it means the survey has already been completed. Thank you for your participation.
