Whether you are making dinner or springing for dinner, enjoy some special time with your sweetie. Search for loving words together in Treehouse Games this month.

While Valentine’s Day takes care of the emotional needs of the heart, American Heart Month focuses more on the physical needs. Learn more about caring for the old ticker at www.americanheart.org.

Also, in February we celebrate the contributions of African Americans during National Black History Month. For more information, visit www.asalh.org. That old prognosticator of winter pops out of his hole on Feb. 2, Groundhog’s Day. Then we observe the births of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln on Feb. 18, President’s Day. February of 2008 is extra special. Since it’s a leap year, we get one extra day this month on Feb. 29.
